Creamy Eggs

Oh man, I just made some eggs and boy were they good. The long and short of it for me is that I use half a tablespoon of butter and crack six whole eggs into the pan. I constantly stir and fold the eggs over as they cook. This is so that they turn out more creamy and keep from turning rubbery or flakey. I also mix in chives, salt, pepper, and cayenne. I toast four slices of bread and very lightly butter them. Finally, the eggs are poured over the toast.
